2. Personal data processed via this website

When you use the contact form we process the information you provide: full name, company, email address and the content of your message. Our web server also records technical connection data (such as IP address, date and time) for security purposes, including limiting abusive form submissions.

3. Purposes of processing

Responding to your inquiry, preparing quotations and conducting the related business communication; ensuring the security of the website and the contact form.

4. Legal basis

Your personal data are processed under Article 5(2)(c) of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), because the processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (evaluating your inquiry and preparing a quotation), and under Article 5(2)(f), the legitimate interest of the data controller in keeping the website and the contact form secure.

5. Transfers

Form messages are delivered by email. Website hosting and email services are provided on servers of our hosting and email service provider located in Türkiye. Your personal data are not transferred abroad.

6. Retention

Your personal data are kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by the retention periods set out in the applicable legislation. At the end of that period they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It sets a language preference cookie (ar_lang) when you choose a language, and a session cookie on the contact form to protect it against cross-site request forgery. Both are strictly necessary for these functions.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, to request information about the processing, to learn its purpose and whether the data are used in line with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom data are transferred, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction, to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

You can send your request in writing to the address above, or by the other methods set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address you have previously notified to us and that is registered in our systems), for example to info@alloyroad.com. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
